Patricia Bennett, CLTC, LUTCF, President. Pat is a Certified Long Term Care counselor with over twenty three years of experience in insurance planning. She holds a degree in both finance and psychology. In addition, she holds a certificate in Financial Planning and has been very instrumental over the years in helping families face the choices and challenges of paying for care.
As a family caregiver herself, Pat is aware of the emotional and financial dynamics involved in long term care planning. She is a recognized as a passionate advocate, educator and a great friend among the seacoast eldercare community.
Pat is also very enthusiastic in the business arena and enjoys motivating and inspiring others. Her skill as a public speaker has been prominently recognized. She conducts monthly educational forums locally for consumers and businesses as well as nationally for the insurance and financial services industry. She has been documented as one of the top 100 long term care brokers in America due to her hard work and compassion. In her free time, Pat enjoys traveling, sailing, gardening and playing racquetball.
Wayne Wood, LUTCF, Vice President. Wayne manages the accounting and financial operations of the agency. He ensures that all operations meet the strict licensing and compliance standards of the industry. Wayne also oversees our adherence to the ongoing continuing education requirements of our agents.
Wayne became licensed in 1988 after serving 21 years in the United State Air Force. Wayne’s interest in the insurance business began when he was navigating his retirement options from the military. He began exploring the potential benefits that insurance planning can have on pension maximization and survivor benefits. Starting his career with Met Life, Wayne worked both as an agent and as manager recruiting and motiving new agents.
Wayne joined Longevity Planning in 1999 and continues to work with the clients that he has established over the years. In his spare time, Wayne is a passionate collector of classic cars and antiques.
Rachel Grundhoff, Marketing Coordinator. Rachel is a high energy professional who is dedicated to bringing awareness to the seacoast community about the importance of preplanning and having the right coverage to protect your assets from unexpected losses. She does this not only through print and media channels but also by managing our ongoing educational forums.
Rachel started with Longevity Planning after having received her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Hampshire. Her training and education is complimented by her background as a licensed nursing assistant. She brings a great deal of compassion and understanding to the emotional and financial needs of our clients. Rachel loves living in the seacoast and enjoys all the outdoor activities this region provides, regardless of the season.
Carol Pokorny, Office Manager. Carol oversees the day to day operations of the agency. Her in depth experience spans over 20 years. She began in the financial services field in 1992 and joined Longevity Planning in 2005. Carol is responsible for client service as well as the processing of new business. Her attention to detail and warm personality exemplify the outstanding experience that you will have here at Longevity Planning.
Carol and her husband, Bob, have been married for 44 years and together they have three children. Carol enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her seven grandchildren. Her mother, age 95, is her inspiration for living a long and happy life.
